I've had my eyes on these new L'Oreal shadows ever since they came out. The iridescent colours, the seemingly buttery texture was all too much to resist for a girl who's got a knack for makeup. After months of swatching them whenever I went to the drugstore, and watching review upon review on Youtube, I caved. I walked out the store leaving behind a bill, but walking out with my sought after L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow.
I picked up the colour 001 Time Resist White, a very light and iridecent cream colour. The packaging is nice and sleek, and very easy to see the colour. It comes with a pusher to keep the pigment in place. There's a range of 16 shades in this collection from your neutrals, to your colours, matte to the most irridesent finish you may ever see. You get 3.5 grams of products, quite a bit for the 8-10 dollars you spend for this. Even though it is so cliche to say this, a little bit of these shadows, truly does go a very long way.
Sadly, these buttery shadows crease after a number of hours. Even being someone who has dry skin and uses a primer, it still creases after 5-6 hours of wear. However with a little touching up throughout the day, or a quick blend with your finger will do the trick to blend out any creasing.
I find this shadow applies best with a courser, and fluffier kind of brush, definitly not the synthetic types. The natural hair brush gives it a better edge and picks up more product in each swipe.
